Betsy Bagley, Director Business Development, Texas Region

Betsy is always eager to be a part of emerging trends and programs. At the University of Georgia she received her Master of Marketing Research degree, the first graduate program of its kind. This past fall she attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth for the Back in Business course, a program in its second year. Betsy is passionate about harnessing the current work-life cultural shift and advocating for the untapped, talented resource of professional women who have taken career breaks.

The majority of Betsy’s career has been in the field of marketing research. She started her career with Colgate-Palmolive in New York, followed by positions in beverage consulting and healthcare marketing in New Orleans. Evaluating options after the birth of her first child stimulated her interest in the area of work/life balance. The next 13 years brought three more children and moves to Houston, London, and Dallas. Along the way, she has cultivated a variety of opportunities to “test market” her ideas on work flexibility. She was an adjunct instructor in marketing research, an independent marketing research consultant, and employed part-time in educational marketing.

Betsy is thrilled to join YourOnRamp.com and to make a significant difference in the quality, variety, and number of flexible options for women. With the benefit of her own off-ramp and on-ramp experiences, she looks forward to assisting other women who may have waning confidence but also desire access to career opportunities.
