Job Sharing - things to consider
I'm considering going on the job market wiht my friend (a former superviser and colleague) as a job-share team for a full-time job. Both of us would like to work part-time and neither of us needs insurance/benefits. I'm interested in whether or not any on-rampers have presented themselves as a team to a prospective employer, as well as learning more in general about advantages/disadvantages of job sharing. (I searched the forums and haven't seen anything on this, but please direct me to a particular archive if appropriate.) Thanks.
