Flexibility Matters

In a 2008 study by Resources Global, 82% of global human resources leaders believe that the “war for talent” is a key and enduring business issue over the next 10 years and beyond. In the same study, only 6% stated that the “softer” issue of work/life balance was a priority. View the following resources to discover how companies who have studied work/life balance and flexibility have found that it is NOT a “soft” issue but a measurable business imperative.
