Our site attracts a focused segment of well-educated, experienced hires. Secondly, companies often struggle to evaluate candidates with gaps in the resume. Progressive employers that post on our site indicate that they are willing to evaluate qualifications based on competencies rather than current employment situation. Lastly, many of our professionals are looking for an element of flexibility that is not readily available in traditional, full-time job posting channels. Flexibility does not necessarily mean part-time. Flexible start/end times and telecommuting (even occasional) are big sellers with this group. In return, high levels of loyalty and productivity have been documented by employers offering flexibility to professionals.

5. Candidates view job postings on our Job Board pages, one of the most popular sections of our site. They can sort by company, location, type of employment, and posting date. Further search capabilities are on the horizon.
6. Candidates apply directly to the employer.
7. Jobs are individually negotiated between the employer and the YourOnRamp member.

How do I search for a qualified candidate? Interested candidates will apply to your job posting. The capability for employers to search our resume database is on the horizon but not yet active. If you want to more actively search among our members, please see the Additional Job Board Services and we can provide you with candidates that meet your requirements.
How do I change my username or password? You cannot change your username once you are registered. You may, however, change your password. Simply request a new password. http://www.youronramp.com/user/password You will receive an e-mail at your registered e-mail address with a one-time login link. When you click on that link, you will be prompted to enter a new password.
