Description: Reporting directly to the CEO, in this position, the Director of Human Resources will have direct responsibility for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function for our company including, but not limited to: * Recruitment and Staffing * Employee Relations * Employee Development * Compensation and Benefits * Policies and Procedures Additional responsibilities are to collaboratively lead and manage processes, programs, and services which support the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the organization.

 You will integrate strategic activities into both long-range planning and day-to-day operations. Day-to-day operations include: * Human Resources Management * Project Leadership * Financial Accountability * Policy Development * Safety * Customer Relations * Board Presentations This position will monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve processes, programs, and services.

Viable candidates will have a skill-set which is much less difficult to define and find. This position requires a generalist which means the candidates must have at least 3 years experience in staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training. The exception to this requirement is someone with less staffing and training experience. Candidates with a CEBS designation and strong management experience would be desirable. The candidates must have experience in budgeting. The candidates must have experience in the preparation and presentation of HR related matters to executives; to boards of directors would be a plus.

Requirements: Local candidates preferred. Prior Human Resources experience in Healthcare would be a plus. SPHR / PHR preferred. Experience working closely with Corporate Executives / Physicians would be crucial.
