Brand Marketing Expert

We are looking for a creative, extraordinary, high achieving, and
fabulous marketing individual for a contract position. The sole goal of
the job is to make Cubes & Crayons <http://www.cubesandcrayons.com/>
the "it" brand to bring your child to work. This is a contract
position for the moment but as we get funding and expand to SF and
beyond, the position could turn into a full-time position for a great
candidate. Work can be done on our campus as well as at home. Great
for moms of young children. Childcare included when on our campus
working.

"it" place to come to go from our 25% average capacity to a waiting list.  We have had regular media coverage, everyone has heard of us, but we still don't have "butts in the seats."  I am literally looking for a person who will look at our current marketing and find the disconnect between our great product/service and our users so that we are full.

I have a limited budget which is why this is a contract position.  If we get funding for our expansion, than this will become a hired position at part or full time depending on the person.
