Organizational Change Management Consultant

Job Description

Harmony Management Consulting, Inc. (HMC) is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant. The ideal candidate will join the Organizational Change Management Team working on a multi-year portal initiative for one of our client’s major business units. The work location is in San Francisco and will not require any travel. The duration for this role is 4 to 6 months. This is a full time position, and the start date is June 30^th.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of a multi-phase Change Management and Communication plan targeted at potential users and executive

- Support the development and execution of team building initiatives for the program team

- Assist with end user training development

- Provide Project Management support to the OCM team

Desired Experience

Required Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in change management and/or internal communication in the context of a system implementation

- 3-5 years of project management experience in a large organization
- Very strong written and oral communication skills

- Experience crafting executive and broadcast communications in a large company setting

- Expertise in using Microsoft Office suite of products (PC or Mac)

- Local to the SF Bay area

Desired Experience/Skills:
- Experience in training development.
- Experience in Intranet communications and content management support
