Development Consultant

Our small non-profit is currently looking for someone with a fabulous track record in helping small non-profits get their fundraising programs up and running. We are looking for someone that will work with us as we revamp, or to be more precise, launch an individual donor, membership and other fundraising programs. We are hoping this person has some familiarity with the Arts. They will be training/coaching a development officer - a new position for this non-profit - in establishing processes to support the board and the ED as they begin their fundraising efforts in addition to establishing processes for donor and member relations. I would love to find a local mom that can help us out as you will be working with me, a fellow mom in the process of changing roles within this organization. We are a very dynamic latino arts non-profit with a 37 year history. We have strong foundational support that is truly the bread and butter of our organization but have not been able to translate our substantial youth arts programming into organizational support from individuals, our local community and members. We received a grant from the Warhol Foundation that would support this role and are excited to find the right person...
