and a stake in the company. This person will be right hand, number two to Cubes&Crayons CEO and will
develop into chief of operations if ready to go the long haul and grow with this amazing startup. Only

The Job: Number Two will learn and eventually manage all operational aspects of the Cubes&Crayons sites.
From hiring to supplying to opening new locations, Number Two will handle all operations issues and the
staff of the sites.
Day to Day Operations
* Learn and work on administrative side of operations
* Develop standard operational manual
* Work with staff at sites
* Streamlining what works and doesn't work
* Developing long term plan
* Management of calendar for site
* Work with other sites
* Support of staff needs
Site management
* staffing

* member development
* Customer service
* Partnerships with local partners
* Marketing site specific events, issues, etc.
* Social media
* Ordering of collateral
* Working closely with administrative staff at each site
The Numbers
* Learning all aspects of the "numbers" of C&C from invoices to expenses to finding better pricing on credit card processing
* Managing payroll
* Regular reporting of weekly expenses and revenue
* Analysis of expenditure
* Revenue development
* Evaluation of revenue streams and tweaking as need be
* Development of new revenue streams
Event Planning/Implementation
* Site specific event development with admin on site
* Marketing and implementation of event
* Analysis of event from revenue point of view
Calendar control
* Additional services from Cubes&Crayons
* Managing of site rentals from outside groups
* Marketing of site for rental from outside groups
* Space development
Expansion to new sites
* Management of new site development and implementation
* Setting up each new site from start to finish including staffing, supplies, furnishings, leases, etc.
