Come join us to develop Your OnRamp Plan. Because this session is only an hour and a half and normally would take 1-2 days, we will walk you through how to develop Your OnRamp plan, outlining goals and deliverables, and leave you with materials and examples to set you up for success.

OffRamping
Come join us to develop Your OffRamp Plan. Equally as important as an OnRamp plan, an OffRamp plan is crucial and makes re-entry significantly easier. During this session, we will walk you through how to develop Your OffRamp plan, outlining goals and deliverables, and leave you with materials and examples to set you up for a successful re-entry.

During this session we will cover:

Maximizing your career options with your current employer
Self Assessment (define what is really important to you now, during your time off and if you were to re-enter, what would be the right job for you)
Elevator Pitch (what to say during this transition)
Networking Resume (Update and Maintain)
Maintaining your currency
